Grape High-yield Planting Technical Requirements, Old Farmers: Only Theory Can Not

Jul 09, 2024

Grape planting technical requirements mainly include the following aspects:

1, soil requirements: grape soil requirements are not too strict, in addition to heavy saline-alkali soil, marshland, water table less than 1 meter, in other types of soil can be cultivated.

The most suitable soil is loose, well-aerated gravel loam and sandy loam, the most avoid insufficient light and wet soil heavy clay.

Grape growth is best when the soil PH value is between 6.5 and 7.5. If the soil PH is greater than 8.3 and less than 6.0, soil improvement must be carried out.

2, temperature requirements: grapes are temperature-loving plants, plants generally start germination from 10 ~ 12℃ above, 25 ~ 30℃ is most suitable for grape growth, not more than 35℃, below 10℃ new shoots will limit growth, below 14℃ will lead to pollination and fertilization can not be carried out normally.

The temperature of the bearing period should be controlled at 28 ~ 32℃ to avoid too low or too high temperature.

3, light requirements: grapes are light-loving plants, need sufficient light conditions when growing. Generally, the more intense and sufficient the light, the greater the photosynthesis of the grapes, the more conducive to the accumulation of grape sugar, and the promotion of rapid ripening.

4, water requirements: grape water requirements are relatively high, especially in the early growth period, the demand for water is extremely high. In the growth period, water can be poured once every 7 to 10 days, and the soil can penetrate 70% of the water, and the water permeability of the soil in the berry period can be 60%, so as to avoid water accumulation.

5, cultivation technology: mainly including pruning technology, fertilizer and water technology, fruit technology and pest control technology. When planting, factors such as plot selection, greenhouse construction, grape rack setting, and planting design should be considered to ensure that the grape growing environment is suitable.

6, pest control: there are many kinds of grape pests and diseases, which have a great impact on the growth and development of grape plants, yield and quality. We should adhere to the principle of "prevention first and comprehensive control", and carry out comprehensive control through various means such as plant quarantine, biological control, physical control, chemical control and agricultural control.

7, other notes: grapes for closed-flower pollination, do not need to match pollination trees, but different varieties should be planted in pieces, so as to facilitate management.

In the process of grape planting, the local wind direction and wind power should be fully considered in order to take the necessary protective measures.

The above information is for reference only, the specific grape planting technical requirements may vary depending on the region, variety, climate and other factors, growers should adjust according to the actual situation.
